It has become a routine for me along with my friends to plan for getaways every weekend. This week a good friend of mine suggested Last Exit D89 as our destination. Initially not so interested as a weekend is meant to love your bed and it's been a while since my bed got the love it deserves. But with no complaints we got ready, all decked up for an early evening photo shoot program. We left for the place on a 4 wheeler, enjoying the 25mins ride thoroughly.
Upon reaching, I saw this giant board welcoming us ☝ (Pic courtesy:Samsung S8)
giving me a feel of the coolest highway 😎 drive thru one can come across. It was around 5.30 pm when we reached and if you want to cover the entire place and fulfill you thirst for good photography, I would suggest to reach by late afternoon i.e. 3pm - 5pm. This is the time when natural sun rays adds beauty and colors to the pictures.
I was amazed with the theatrical scenery and was hopping like a kid around the place. This place provides an interesting range of photo spots with hanging baskets, courtyard, trucks, water pond, scarecrow statues and not to miss the love lock bridge. The unique idea of wash basins inside the washroom surprised me. The kinds we get to see in some cottages around Scotland.

You can spend a leisurely evening with friends, family and kids with huge area to play around. An ideal meeting point for a cup of coffee.

And you have the likes of Poco Lolo, Jaldi Jaldi & Hot Chix to serve you after a long day you spend taking photos and relaxing.
So, I highly recommend this place for those searching for the perfect picturesque, for people who want to make a promise to their loved ones and for people to just chill around with a cup of coffee.
Ideally it's a great drive thru during winters to enjoy the sun. Though during summer, blazing sun can burn you but some memorable pictures can make you forget everything.
